Deliveries and pickups are scheduled Monday through Friday. All orders (domestic and international) ship via USPS Priority Mail. Upon shipping, you will receive a tracking number and confirmation outlining the details of your order. Please keep in mind that shipping carriers are experiencing an increase in package volume. This may result in delayed or missing shipment scans while in transit. If you need something quickly, find your local retailer to check availability. 

Our current shipping rates for anywhere in the continental U.S. are based on your order weight and location. We always recommend visiting your local retailer to avoid shipping costs.

If you need to return an item, please contact us first as we may need pictures or additional information for your request. 

Items may be returned for a full refund within 7 days of delivery. Products must still have the product tag on and be unused. You should expect to receive your refund within 4 weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you’ll receive a refund more quickly. We’ll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we’ve received and processed the returned item.
