If you need to return an item, please contact us first as we may need pictures or additional information for your request. We do not have a warranty or guarantee on any of our toys. They are durable plush, but not indestructible - no plush toy can be.
Items may be returned for a full refund within 7 days of delivery. Products must still have the product tag on and be unused. You should expect to receive your refund within 4 weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you’ll receive a refund more quickly. We’ll notify you via email of your refund once we’ve received and processed the returned item.
